It just installs the SDK which alone seems to be useless. It says it installs the SDK and includes the target pack, but it doesn't include the latter. The problem is that the Microsoft download page has a broken installer. But that's irrelevant because I did try to install the 4.6.2 runtime which failed because a newer version already existed.īut the issue has already been solved. But VS 2015 refuses to load that project on my test machine. It can be loaded and built on the client's computer,Īnd it also works on my main computer (VS 2017).
